Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped according to the timelines below. Delivery times may vary depending on product type and destination country.

Processing Time

  • Jewelry items: 2–3 business days

  • Crown / headpiece items: Up to 20 business days

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare the order before shipment.

Shipping & Transit Times

Shipping times vary by destination:

  • United States: Approximately 4 business days after shipment

  • Other international destinations: Typically 7–10 business days after shipment

Orders may be shipped either from Turkey or from a U.S. warehouse, depending on inventory availability and final destination.

Shipping Costs

  • United States: Free standard shipping

  • International orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination

Tracking Information

A tracking number is provided for every order and for all destinations. Tracking details are shared once the order has been shipped.

Customs & Taxes

U.S. customers are not required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes.

For international orders outside the United States, customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

To process a claim:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging must be provided.

  • Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
